About

An electronics engineering company built around hardware

Quantum Circuit Technologies is an electronics engineering company focused on custom PCB design, embedded hardware, IoT systems and product development.

The company combines practical electronics engineering with modern embedded technologies to help transform concepts into functional prototypes and manufacturable products.

Work is organised around the engineering itself: understanding the requirement, choosing an architecture that fits it, designing the circuit and board, and proving the result on real hardware. Documentation is produced as part of the design, not after it — so a project that reaches prototype can move toward manufacturing without being rebuilt.

Engagements range from a focused review of an existing design to full ownership of the hardware development path. In every case the deliverable is an engineering package a manufacturer can build from.

Custom PCB design
Schematic capture and multilayer layout prepared against manufacturing constraints.
Embedded hardware
Microcontroller, wireless, sensor and power subsystems designed as one system.
IoT systems
Connected hardware with the connectivity, power and data path planned together.
Product development
Concept through prototype to a documented, manufacturable design.
Working with us

Why Work With QCT?

Practical reasons rooted in how the engineering is done — not marketing claims.

Engineering First

Design decisions are driven by electrical performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost.

Production Mindset

PCB designs are prepared with manufacturing and assembly requirements in mind.

Complete Hardware Workflow

From schematic and PCB layout to BOM, Gerbers, CPL and prototype support.

Flexible Technology

We work across microcontrollers, sensors, wireless systems, power electronics and embedded hardware.

Direct Communication

Clear technical communication throughout the development process.

No inflated claims

We publish capability, not statistics. Project references, measured results and client details are shared directly during technical discussion where they are relevant.

How we work

Our Process

A predictable engineering sequence. Each stage produces something reviewable, so the design is validated before it moves forward.

  1. 01

    Understand

We understand the product requirements, constraints and target application.

  2. 02

    Architect

We select the appropriate components, interfaces, power architecture and system topology.

  3. 03

    Design

We develop the schematic, PCB layout and supporting engineering documentation.

  4. 04

    Prototype

The design is prepared for manufacturing and prototype assembly.

  5. 05

    Validate

The prototype is tested, debugged and refined.

  6. 06

    Manufacture

We prepare the final production package and support the transition toward manufacturing.

Platforms

Technologies We Work With

Platforms, tools and interfaces we build with when a project calls for them. Technology is selected to fit the requirement — not the other way round.
